Trained in Transactional Analysis, Michael works with behavioral patterns as they emerge, supporting practical insight and change. He also integrates advanced AI tools into his practice to enhance reflection and follow-through. Also, as the founder of LeanMail, he has helped organizations reduce friction, sharpen focus, and improve productivity.
